How do I change the name or address on my bill?

Simply call or send us an email with your new information and we’ll make the change.

What if my credit card expires? Who do I call?

You can contact the accounting or customer service department and we’ll send you the forms to complete to update your credit card information.

What are License Fees?

Westec is required to carry security and monitoring license fees in the various states and municipalities in which it operates. A small portion of these fees ($9.95/mo.) is passed through to all of our customers.

What are monitoring fees?

Monitoring fees are those flat monthly charges that we assess our customers when we watch their locations from our Central Command Center.

What are service fees?

Service fees are charges that we make to service the video surveillance system at your location. They can be ad-hoc and delivered on demand or customers can pay a monthly fee and receive all the service they need for a consistent low monthly amount.

What is the Service Period?

The service period is a one month period of time in which Westec has provided a service to its customer. The specific start and end dates are dependent on the initial installation date.
