Westec Intelligent Surveillance, the national leader in interactive risk management, is looking for dynamic, team-oriented, individuals to join our team as Intervention Specialists and Customer Service Specialists!
 
The Intervention Specialist’s key duties include remotely responding to alarm activations, visually and audibly monitoring activity, contacting police, writing reports, and other customer service related activities.  The Customer Service Specialist’s key duties include conducting visual tours of client’s locations, resolving customer issues, writing reports and updating system information.
 
Both positions require strong oral and written communication skills, typing speed of 30 wpm minimum, working knowledge of MS office products a plus.  Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.  Prior call center and/or loss prevention experience a plus. HS diploma required.
