Health Management
The DVR supports health management reporting, which actively communicates the status of critical DVR components—including both hardware and software components—throughout the day. This reporting helps to ensure that your system is functioning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Health management reporting also allows Westec monitoring personnel to take immediate corrective action on your system when necessary, allowing remote technicians to complete the following tasks:
- Arm and disarm the system
- Verify device settings
- Verify sensor settings
- Verify DVR sensor states
- Start and stop local services
- Review local service logs
