With the following thin client and thick client solutions, the Westec system provides immediate and unlimited access to your Digital Video Recorders:

  • Westec Customer Portal - The Westec Customer Portal provides browser-based access to live and recorded video at your sites.
  • Westec Remote Client - The Remote Client is a locally-installed Windows® software application that provides access to live and recorded video at your sites, in addition to providing access to Digital Video Recorder management and configuration tools.

Exception Reporting

  • Exception Reporting - Exception reporting is designed to provide you with details regarding potential site policy violations on a sensor-by-sensor basis.
